Why the combined total is smaller than adding everyone up

Each fictional person has one stable identity in these bounded sample audiences. Combined totals count each person once across Mira and your selected artists; per-artist “new” counts compare with Mira alone, so they cannot simply be added.

In the actual workspace, local pull uses recorded ShowPull interest and travel preferences. These figures are not scraped social audiences or a turnout forecast. Private access and lineup invitations still require authorization.

Try another city, add or remove artists, and open their public stats. This demo sends no invitations and exposes no private artist data.

Step 1 of 3
About this demo & access

Sample artists, fans, comments and USD amounts illustrate a populated account. They are not actual traction, a forecast or promised results. Nothing here changes a real account. Private tools require authorized access; choosing an audience grants none.

A home for the next Show

What it does

Turn a passing listener into someone you can build a crowd with.

Your artist page brings your photo, banner, biography, music links, posts and city crowds together. Fans can follow you and choose where they would come. Use it alongside your existing social channels.

Public artist page · artist setup reviewed

See what happens after ‘I’m in’

What it does

Give a curious fan a clear path from city interest to joining the crowd.

Explore free interest, email verification, an optional conditional ticket hold, friend invitations and the city crowd. Returning signed-in fans can skip the email step. Paid support stays optional, and product availability depends on the artist and Show.

Build a bill that adds a crowd

What it does

Look beyond headline follower counts when choosing collaborators.

Compare recorded local audiences, additional fans and overlap. Combined demand counts the same person once across the selected artists. A shared Show connects participating artist pages to the wider bill; an invitation does not confirm participation.

Lineup comparison requires authorized Show access

A journey from demand to booking

What it does

Bring a city, a crowd and a concrete next move to the room.

Artist teams can prepare booking pitches, track venue outreach and replies, review offers and follow each Show’s journey. Linked Shows support optional fan date polls and conditional ticket commitments. Artists and venues agree the actual booking; allocation and ticket payment are separate steps.

Private booking work requires approved artist or Show access

Carry the night through to the recap

What it does

Keep the crowd, tickets and what happened at the door connected to the Show.

Approved Show teams can review the door list, check paid tickets in, redeem paid merch pickup vouchers and message ticket holders through the supported Show workflow. Completed Shows have a recap of ticket results, check-ins and crowd growth. Delivery depends on fan preferences and configured services; the planning demo sends nothing.

Approved Show-team access · paid admissions and stage rules apply

Three different signals

  • Interest“I’d come.” Free. No card.
  • Conditional commitmentCard saved. Still unpaid.
  • Paid ticketPayment succeeded.
When do cards get charged and artists get paid?

Booking confirmation announces the Show; it does not charge cards. Ticket allocation, any required buyer approvals and successful payment collection are separate. Payout eligibility, settlement checks and Stripe’s schedule apply separately.

A few things to know

Does ShowPull already know every artist’s pull?

No. Local pull uses recorded ShowPull fan interest and travel preferences. Invite participating artists to bring their audiences; missing demand is shown as missing, not estimated from social followers.

Can I see an artist’s private earnings or fans?

Browsing a public artist page does not give you private dashboard access. Private workspace access requires authorization. The financial examples elsewhere in this walkthrough are fictional.

Are these people guaranteed to attend?

No. Interest is a signal; conditional ticket commitments are unpaid. Successful ticket payment is a separate stage, and neither interest nor another Show’s holds can be treated as your event’s ticket sales.

What if the artists aren’t on ShowPull yet?

Invite them to build their pages and city crowds. Missing ShowPull demand means there is not enough recorded evidence yet; it does not prove an artist cannot sell tickets. Use your experience, other evidence and artist participation alongside these signals.

Can I earn a promoter percentage?

A promoter’s fee or share needs an explicit agreement with the people paying it, including what the percentage applies to and when it is due. A separate promoter commission and payout workflow has not been built. Inviting an artist or venue does not automatically earn a cut.

Can I join as an independent promoter today?

You can explore public artist pages and invite artists today. Show management and full lineup comparison require approved Show access. Independent promoter signup and event creation are not yet available; inviting an artist does not grant management access.

What does it cost?

Public artist browsing and artist invitations do not require artist Pro. Paid fan activity has platform fees: see the rate card. No separate promoter plan or commission agreement is offered here.

Try it with your next Show

Your city. Your lineup. Your first night.

Bring an early idea. We’ll review what fits ShowPull’s current workflow and what artist participation and access you’d need.

  1. City & artists
  2. The room
  3. Review & send

Who would you bring to town?

They don’t need to be on ShowPull yet.

What access does an invitation give me?

An artist invitation starts an unclaimed page. It does not grant promoter or management access. Show work requires approved access; promoter commission payouts are not available.
